• You must be self-directed, multi tasked, follow directions and take initiative
• You must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• You must possess basic computer skills on industry specific software
• You must have a complete understanding of collision repair and refinish processes
• You must be able to establish and maintain relationships with customers, insurance partners and employees.
